REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

All prom dresses are non returnable and non refundable. We hold a collection of dresses in stock available for immediate delivery but it will not always be the case that the dress you love is in stock in your size. Due to the nature of the purchase when a dress is ordered on back order with a 3-4 month wait it is specifically made for you. We are not able to accept returns for this type of purchase as your dress is ordered with the designer on your behalf made for you and their policy is reflected in our policy. 

All mother of the bride and groom outfits are ready to wear and non refundable non returnable when purchased in store. The dress you decide on is sold as seen in store and you must be 100% happy before committing to your purchase.

Due to changing times we are offering a 7 day returns service for mother of the bride and groom outfits. Your outfit must be returned to store within 7 days from date of delivery. If ordered and you decide against keeping your purchase we will arrange a courier collection on your behalf from your home for just £10*. This £10 will be deducted from your initial purchase price. You can also send back you item independently to the details provided on delivery by us. Price is per box not per item so if you have purchased a number of items and your purchases aren't perfect for you, you can send them back together. This is only applicable if you are a resident in the UK.

Items are non refundable unless they are returned to us in the condition they were sent.

 

We will also accept returns on casual dresses and going out dresses returned within 14 days from date of delivery. If you order a dress or item and you decide against keeping your purchase you must arrange return shipping at your own expense. The items must reach us on or before the 14th day no exceptions..

For orders inside and outside of the UK, the customer will need to pay all shipping and return costs.

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition we will not be able to accept your return. All our items are checked by our quality control team and leave us in perfect condition.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
