The Pretty Perfect Boutique was established in January 2019 as a pop up boutique. 

We relaunched in October 2019 in our very own store located in the Morgan Arcade in the heart of Cardiff City Centre. We are based at 31 Morgan Arcade, Cardiff, CF10 1AF. Our second store opened in April 2025, 7 Victoria Street in Old Cwmbran a three storey building busting at the seams with gorgeous dresses.

We specialise in offering designer occasion wear for all types of occasions and offer a 1-2-1 personal shopping experience to find the perfect dress. We have adapted to selling online so that our lovely customers can now shop in store and in the comfort of their own home.

We specifically specialise in Prom dresses, Occasion wear and Mother of the Bride or Groom. You will find something special if you are looking for something unique as a special wedding guest or for a black tie event.

Naomi the face behind the business and founder. She is an entrepreneur who after graduating from university in 2017 was inspired to start her own business. With years of experience in the bridal industry, a passion for fashion, she has an eye for detail and modern designs.  

In her own words...

"I wanted to open a boutique in Cardiff which offered special occasion wear all in one place a destination store to find an outfit for those special occasions. Having worked for Laura May Bridal I saw a gap in the market! I like online shopping just as much as the next person but those all important purchases I just believe you just have to buy in person. It's an experience and personal service with friendly and welcoming staff to help you from start to finish. 

Service always has been and always be at the heart of everything we do at Pretty Perfect. I'm always looking for something different to showcase to our customers. Glitzy and glam full of unique style the boutique is a bit of me, I hope you love it! "

 

In 2019 Naomi was lucky to have the assistance of Cardiff Metropolitan University. She took part in a programme called Countdown to Launch which massively helped the business grow. Naomi has taken the Pretty Perfect Boutique to the next level with the help of Cardiff Metropolitan's Entrepreneurship Scheme.
